All sales are final. Please shop with intention and do not impulse buy from small makers. I do not offer returns or exchanges.
In the event that a piece arrives broken, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery to discuss options due to the rise of scams against small businesses that involve AI-generated photos of "broken" items.
I do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages. You should contact the package carrier to file a claim.
Orders will ship within 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted on an announcement banner. The ship time estimate from the carrier is a separate length of time on top of the 5-7 days to process and pack your order.
I am currently set up to ship to the United States only.
